We value your privacy and take your information seriously. This policy covers Lock Golf Academy lessons and programs, and the Lock Golf Performance Studio inside Ethos Human Performance in South Lyon.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you book a lesson, clinic, simulator bay, pass, or membership, we may collect:

Your name, email, phone number, and booking history
Payment details, which are handled by our payment processors
Your signed waiver
Membership information, including Ethos membership details if you join the Total Performance Membership or use an Ethos member discount
Studio door access records, such as when your Open Door button is used
Golf performance data, if you use a TrackMan account in the Studio

SECURITY CAMERAS

Security cameras record in and around the Performance Studio for safety and security. Video is kept for a limited time, unless it is needed to look into an incident.

PAYMENT INFO

Payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processors.
We do not store your full credit card number on our website.
Your payment details are encrypted.
We impose a surcharge on credit cards that is not greater than our cost of acceptance.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFO

Your information is used to:

Schedule and manage lessons, bookings, passes, and memberships
Process payments
Give you access to the Studio during your booking
Send important updates about your booking or membership
Keep the Studio safe and secure
Send news and offers, which you can opt out of at any time

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We never sell your information. We share it only when needed to provide our services:

Ethos Human Performance: to set up the Total Performance Membership and Ethos member discounts, and as part of our partnership.
Service providers that help us run the business, such as our booking, payment, door access, and simulator systems.
When required by law, or to protect the safety of our customers, staff, or property.

MINORS

A parent or guardian must book for, and sign the waiver for, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

YOUR CHOICES

You can contact us at any time to ask about, update, or remove your information. Some records, such as payment and waiver records, may need to be kept for legal or business reasons.
